Refund policy

TechDeva subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee and there is no minimum contract.

Part-months

We do not refund part-months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the cycle ends.

Advertising spend

Advertising budget is paid by you directly to Meta or Google and is separate from your TechDeva subscription. Once an ad campaign has spent budget, that spend is with the advertising platform and cannot be refunded by us.

If something goes wrong

If the service has not worked as described, contact us at admin@techdeva.net before requesting a refund. In most cases we can fix the problem. Where we cannot, we will consider a refund for the affected period on a case-by-case basis.
