TechDeva provides AI software that helps service businesses answer enquiries, manage leads and run advertising. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and what control you have over it.

Two kinds of data
Your data as our customer. Your name, business name, email, phone number, billing details, and the settings you configure — services, prices, opening hours, how you want the AI to speak.
Your customers’ data, which we process for you. When someone messages your business, we handle their name, phone number, the content of their messages, and any enquiry details. For this data you are the controller and we act on your instructions.
Connected accounts
If you connect Meta or Google, we receive an access token that lets us manage the specific accounts you approve. We use it only to run advertising and read performance data for your business.
- We never receive or store your Facebook or Google password. You authorise access on their own login screen.
- Tokens are stored encrypted and are scoped to your business alone.
- You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard, or revoke access directly from Facebook or Google.
AI processing
Message content is sent to third-party AI providers so the assistant can generate a reply. We do not use your data, or your customers’ data, to train our own models.
Who we share data with
- Meta and Google — to run the advertising you have authorised
- AI model providers — to generate replies
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to operate the service
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and lead data for as long as your subscription is active. After you close your account we delete it within 30 days, except where we are required to keep billing records for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Email admin@techdeva.net. Full deletion instructions are at Data Deletion Instructions.
Security
Access tokens are encrypted. Each business’s data is isolated from every other business on the platform. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
