Your AI workforce
One system. A team of AI employees that handle the work you never have time for — answering enquiries, tracking leads, running campaigns, reporting what worked.
You approve anything that spends money or goes public.
Why a workforce, not a chatbot
A chatbot answers questions. A workforce runs your business.
Most AI tools do one thing. TechDeva is built as a team — each agent has one job, they share the same memory of your business, and a supervisor decides who does what. As new agents come online, they plug into the same system. You don’t switch tools; your team gets bigger.
The agents
Hermes — AI sales agent · Live
Answers every WhatsApp enquiry within seconds, day or night. Understands Urdu, English and Roman Urdu. Asks the right qualifying questions, quotes your real prices, and books the appointment. Hands over to you the moment a human takes the conversation.
CRM — never lose a lead · Live
Every enquiry captured with name, number, service and which number it came in on. Status tracked from new to booked. Full conversation stored. Nothing lives in a notebook or a staff member’s head.
Human approval — you stay in control · Live
Anything that spends money or publishes publicly waits for you. The AI recommends, you decide. This is deliberate: irreversible actions should never be automatic.
Reporting — know what actually works · Early access
Cost per lead, bookings, show-up rate, and which creative produced which booking. The numbers that tell you where to put next month’s budget.
Ads — campaigns, not boosted posts · In development
Proper Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns built and managed for you. Boosting a post buys applause; a campaign buys conversations.
Content — posts, captions and calendars · In development
A content plan for your business, written in your voice, scheduled across the platforms your customers actually use.
Start with one. Grow into the team.
Most businesses begin with Hermes answering WhatsApp, because that’s where the money is leaking today. The rest of the workforce is there when you’re ready.
What no agent is allowed to do
The limits matter as much as the capabilities, so they are worth stating plainly.
- Invent a price. Quotes come from the rate list you set. If there is no rate for what was asked, the agent says so and hands over rather than guessing.
- Give clinical or medical advice. Any question of that kind goes to a person, every time.
- Approve its own work. Approving a message and sending it are two separate actions, and the second one is yours.
- Confirm something it cannot verify. Availability it has not checked is reported as unknown, not promised.
- Fill a gap with a guess. Anything it could not reach or confirm is shown to you as a gap.
