How TechDeva works
Connect your accounts once. The AI works every day after that. You approve what matters.
1. Connect
A few clicks, no passwords shared.
You connect Meta, Google and WhatsApp through their own login screens. You approve the access on Facebook’s page, not ours — we never see or store your password.
We set up your business details once: your services, your prices, your hours, how you want the AI to speak. That’s what makes it sound like your business instead of a generic bot.
2. The AI works
Every enquiry answered in seconds.
A customer messages your WhatsApp at 11pm. Hermes replies immediately, answers the price question, asks what they need, and offers a time. The lead lands in your dashboard with a name, a number and the full conversation.
Campaigns run. Leads arrive. Nothing waits for office hours.
3. You approve
Nothing irreversible happens on its own.
Ad spend, published posts, anything that costs money or is public — these wait in your approval queue. You get a summary, you say yes or no. The AI never surprises you with an invoice.
4. You see what worked
At month end, real numbers.
How many leads, what each one cost, how many booked, and which creative produced them. Not likes. Not reach. Bookings.
Security and control
- Your data stays yours. Each business is isolated — no shared data between clients.
- You can disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard.
- Access is read-and-write only for what’s needed to run your campaigns and answer your messages.
- A human can take over any conversation instantly. The AI stands down and watches.
Your Business Brain
Your services, prices, durations, opening hours, staff and policies are held once, in a single record. Every AI employee answers from it. That is why two of them cannot quote different prices, and why none of them can invent one.
The orchestrator
An enquiry arrives, the orchestrator decides which employee handles it, the work gets done, and the result is written against your business along with a record of what happened. You are never left guessing which part of the system did what.
Your CRM
Every enquiry captured with a name, a number, the service asked about and where it came from, with the whole conversation attached. Status moves from new through to booked. Nothing stays in a staff member’s phone.
Appointments
Bookings created against the right service, the right duration and the right staff member, using the opening hours and the cancellation policy you configured.
Tested before it meets a customer
Your AI employee is run against real situations first: a priced quote for a named service, a service you do not offer, an out-of-hours enquiry, a price objection, and a question it must refuse to answer. You read what it actually said. “Let me check and get back to you” in reply to a priced question is a failure, not a pass.
Deployed only when you say so
Your number is paired after you have reviewed those results and approved them, not before. Until that moment no customer has spoken to it.
