1. What TechDeva provides
TechDeva is software that answers enquiries on your behalf, records leads, and helps plan and run advertising. Some actions are automated; anything that spends money or publishes publicly requires your approval.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must have the authority to connect any advertising account, page or phone number you connect.
3. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices exclude taxes where applicable.
Advertising budget is separate. You pay Meta and Google directly for media spend. We do not mark up your advertising spend.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use TechDeva to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another business, to market illegal products or services, or in any way that breaches the terms of WhatsApp, Meta or Google. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Your data and your customers’ data
Your data remains yours. You can export your leads at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your own customers.
7. Results are not guaranteed
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Advertising performance depends on your market, your offer, your pricing and factors outside our control.
8. Third-party platforms
The service depends on WhatsApp, Meta and Google. If those platforms change their rules, pricing or availability, parts of the service may change or stop working. We will tell you if that happens.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business opportunities.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email before it takes effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
