How to delete your data
To request deletion of your TechDeva account and all associated data, email admin@techdeva.net with the subject line “Data deletion request” from the email address registered on your account.
What we delete
Within 30 days of your request we permanently delete:
- Your account and login details
- Your business configuration, services and pricing
- All lead records and customer contact details we hold for you
- Stored WhatsApp conversation history
- All access tokens for connected Meta and Google accounts
Disconnect immediately
You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Connections. Disconnecting revokes our access straight away, without waiting for a deletion request to be processed.
You may also revoke TechDeva’s access directly from Facebook (Settings → Business Integrations) or Google (Account → Security → Third-party access).
Before you request deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need your lead history, export it from your dashboard first.
